Happy New Year!


Inspired by artist and illustrator Lisa Congdon's  "one a day" projects that she has worked on over the past few years, 2013 will be a year of font for me! My major New Year's Resolution is challenging myself to complete an alphabet each month---a way to push myself to learn about being an illustrator and working hard on 2-D imagery development. I hope to illustrate as many letters as possible and learn a whole lot about myself in the process.

Check in every day and cheer me on as I complete a year of letters!

    I really like the challenge! I have been practicing lettering lately. calligraphy. watching youtube calligraphy videos! fun, huh? ;-)

    I used to put words on pots. a long time ago. maybe again. Happy new year.
